The latest version of the Snapchat app was released . Here are some of the new features and improvements:

• New Bitmoji Deluxe: This is a new way to create and customize your Bitmoji. With Bitmoji Deluxe, you can choose from a wider variety of clothing, accessories, and hairstyles to create a truly unique Bitmoji.
• New Memories features: Snapchat has added a number of new features to Memories, its feature for saving and sharing your favorite Snaps and Stories. These features include the ability to create custom Memories albums, add music to your Memories, and share Memories with your friends.
• Bug fixes and performance improvements: Snapchat has also made a number of bug fixes and performance improvements in this latest version.

In July Snapchat was reviewing its' options about adding another feature. The feature would allow you to view public videos and stories by swiping vertically. This feature doesn't involve browsing user's or friends' videos.

On the last day of August Snapchat added the option to pin someone in the conversation. The same day Snapchat added another feature that involves adding your faces to Gifs and videos. You can become a different person with this mood-adding features. There are more than 150 face changing options in the application.

Brief

Snapchat is an application that allows its' users to send videos and pictures with some little editing options. The main feature which differentiates the app from others is that the data you send to anyone is automatically deleted within 10 seconds. This defends the privacy of adults, as most of the users of Snapchat are between 12-25.

Snapchat was created in 2011 at Stanford University by two students. It was first shown on the design course at the end of the studying year in 2011. The students got the first investment of 500K, approximately.

Later in 2012, the study confirmed there were approximately 20 pictures sent through Snapchat every second. At the end of the year, it was known that 20 pictures turned in 20 million data types in a single second.

After that 2012 year, every year investments on Snapchat became bigger and bigger, which eventually willed the application to the 10 most used apps in the world.
